My Life My ChoicesStudent Edition

A game of financial choice and consequence. Great for students from middle School through the early college years!

INSTRUCTIONS

THE SCENARIO: You have arrived at your first day of college or university out of state in a town where you have no family or current friends. You currently have $1,000 in your checking account, having worked hard for the past three or four summers to earn enough to pay for tuition, fees, books and small living allowance for your first year of school.

YOUR TASK: On the next screen, you will be given a list of 28 items and activities you could spend your monthly budget on. Unfortunately, your summer jobs earned you enough to choose just 13 of them.

As you go through this activity, you will be presented with real scenarios that will have financial consequences for better or for worse, based upon your choices.
